HOUSE BILL NO. 135 "An Act establishing a Roth contribution                                                                     
program for the public employees' deferred compensation program;                                                                
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
